Pharma & Bio Liquid Process Monitoring

Visual fluid AI for pharmaceutical and bio process review.

ABYSS helps teams use existing cameras to review visible liquid level, bubbles, foaming, mixing, filling-process behavior, and surface-state changes. It is designed for operator review support and scoped PoC validation, not final quality release.

ABYSS does not replace validated inspection, regulated release decisions, or operator responsibility. Camera conditions and visible targets are checked in a PoC.

What to validate

Start with visible process-state changes, not final inspection claims.

Filling and level behavior

Review liquid level, filling behavior, overflow-like candidates, bubbles, and timing changes when they are visible in the camera frame.

Mixing and surface state

Use video as an additional review input for visible mixing, surface movement, foam, color appearance, and abnormal stagnation candidates.

Operator records

Candidate frames, timestamps, and review notes can support internal checks, maintenance review, and process investigation workflows.

PoC boundary

One process scene, one visible change, one review action.

The first meeting does not require plant footage or drawings. We clarify the target process, visible change, existing camera, current review workflow, and who acts on the result. NDA-protected video validation can follow when footage or drawings need to be reviewed.

Validate what your existing footage can actually show.

Start with one visible process change and one operator review workflow. We can then decide whether ABYSS should move to a scoped PoC.
